Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Upon exiting, follow the corridor to the left - our office is the last door on the left.
No need to knock; please proceed directly to the waiting room.

After-Hours & Weekend Access
For appointments before 7:30 AM, after 6:00 PM, or on weekends, after-hours entry instructions will be provided upon appointment confirmation.

Payment Information
The new patient evaluation fee is $230. We do not participate with insurance.
Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, Cash, and Check.
Credit Card (subject to a 3.99% processing fee).

What to Expect During Your First Appointment
We will begin with a conversation about your concerns and goals. You will then receive a comprehensive evaluation, after which we will share our findings with you. Your visit will conclude with hands-on treatment and a personalized home program.
