WHY COMBINE THEM

Western

Manual Physical Therapy

Hands-on work that addresses the structural and mechanical layers of pain: joint mobility, soft tissue restrictions, movement patterns, and nerve tension. Dr. Eran works at the root of how your body is moving.

Two Paths. One Goal.

Eastern

Acupuncture & TCM

A centuries-old system that addresses the neurological, inflammatory, and systemic layers of pain by modulating pain signaling, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and restoring the body's internal balance.

Together, they reach what neither gets to alone.

Manual therapy mobilizes the structure; acupuncture quiets the nervous system's pain response. Patients often report that the effects of each treatment amplify the other: less guarding, deeper tissue release, longer-lasting relief.

A note on dry needling

If you've searched for dry needling in Largo, you may be a good candidate for this program. Dry needling and acupuncture both use thin needles, but they are fundamentally different practices.

Dry needling is a physical technique targeting specific trigger points in muscle tissue. Traditional acupuncture, particularly the YNSA and KHT techniques Dr. Jane specializes in, works with the body's meridian system and neurological pathways, addressing the underlying patterns that cause trigger points to form in the first place. Most patients who try both find acupuncture more comprehensive, longer-lasting, and comfortable.
